“Good Morning”
“How was your day?”
“Be careful”
“Text me when you get home so I know you’re safe”
“Sweet dreams”
“How are you?”
“I hope you’re feeling better”
“Have a good day today!”
“:)”
“I miss you”
“Good night”
“Can you come over?”
“Can I come over?”
“Can I see you?”
“Can I call you?”
“You’re beautiful”
“Want something to drink?”
“Watch your step”
“Let’s watch a movie”
“What are you up to?”
“How is your day so far?”
“It will be okay”
“I’m here for you”
“Do you need anything?”
“Are you hungry?”
“I just wanted to hear your voice”
“You just made my day”

You don’t have to hear “I Love You” to know that someone does. Listen carefully. People speak from the heart more often than you think.

lovelysuggestion:

je t'aime comme les étoiles aiment le ciel nocturne (i love you like the stars love the night sky)

I can’t imagine someone getting sweaty hands or feeling butterflies in their stomach when they look at me like I can’t imagine myself being the object of someone’s late night love fantasy

Letting go of someone who’s not good for you

onlinecounsellingcollege:

1. Write down all the reasons why you think it’s bad for you to keep on being a part of this love relationship.

2. Try to call to mind the pain and hurtful memories, and all the times you’ve wished that your heart was free again.

3. Identify and list all the different ways you’ve changed, and become less of your self with this person’s in your life.

4. Remind yourself of how you’ve tried to try to keep the love alive – and how it hasn’t worked, or left you feeling satisfied.

5. Think about and celebrate the ways you think you’ll change if you can end things now, and can love somebody else.

6. Image being strong enough to make a lasting break, and doing what is best for the “you” you want to be.

7. Think of things you’ll do to fill the void it leaves behind – so you are not pulled back when you’re hit with loneliness.

8. Remember what was good – for not everything was bad. Be thankful for the lessons, and the memories you have.

Lets talk about patience

fufumuslimah:

“And be patient for your patience is but by Allah…” [an-Nahl 16:127]

” Await in patience the command of your Lord…” [at-tur 52:48].

“So lose not heart nor despair…” [Al ‘Imran 3:139].

“These shall be granted their reward twice, because they are steadfast…” [al-Qasas 28:54].

“…Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account.” [az-Zumar 39:10]. (the reward for every deed is known except patience!)

“And We made from among them leaders guiding by Our command when they were patient and [when] they were certain of Our signs. “ [as-Sajdah 32:24]. (patience is a prequisite for leadership in religion!)

“…and be patient. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.” [al-Anfal 8:46]. (patience earns the companionship of Allah)

“And seek assistance through patience and prayer…” [al-Baqarah 2:45].

“…And the angels will enter upon them from every gate, [saying],”Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home.” [ar-Ra’d 13:23-24].

“Except for those who are patient and do righteous deeds; those will have forgiveness and great reward.” [Hud 11:11].

“And whoever is patient and forgives – indeed, that is of the matters [requiring] determination” [ash-Shura 42:43] (Allah has made patience a standard for courage and determination in ones affairs)

” And how many a prophet [fought and] with him fought many religious scholars. But they never lost assurance due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allah , nor did they weaken or submit. And Allah loves the patient.” [Al ‘Imran 3:146]. ( its a condition of his love)

“But none is granted it except those who are patient, and none is granted it except one having a great portion [of good].” [Fussilat 41:35].

“Do you not see that ships sail through the sea by the favor of Allah that He may show you of His signs? Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.” [Luqman 31:31].

” And of His signs are the ships in the sea, like mountains. If He willed, He could still the wind, and they would remain motionless on its surface. Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful” [ash-Shura 42:32-33].

coolhandofagirl:

stop me if you’ve heard this one but men will search for women who are full of joy and confidence so they can leech off of it and then after they’ve left her empty and burned out and drained of all the life that once existed behind her eyes they’ll say she isn’t the woman they fell in love with

"The sign of a beautiful person is that they always see beauty in others.”

thegreaterjihad:

The Prophet (pbuh) once asked his companions;

“Do you know what will cause you to have high walled palaces in Paradise (as a symbol of great reward) and will cause you to be raised by God?” When they replied in the negative, he said,

“To be forgiving and to control yourself in the face of provocation, to give justice to the person who was unfair and unjust to you, to give to someone even though he did not give to you when you were in need and to keep connection with someone who may not have reciprocated your concern.”

Qualities of a Winning Personality

onlinecounsellingcollege:

1. Exhibit integrity – A person is said to have integrity if what they say and what they do are rooted in the same set of core values.

2. Don’t speak badly of others – If you speak badly about others to a friend, the chances are you’ll also speak badly about them. Hence, they are likely to be hesitant in what they share with you.

3. Be an optimist – This doesn’t mean burying your head in the sand. It means choosing not to dwell on the negatives, and actively looking for the positives.

4. Make the effort to be helpful – Life is so much sweeter if you’re thoughtful and kind – and we rarely forget someone who’s caring and warm.

5. Set some goals and have some ambition - This is an extremely contagious quality. Not only will you achieve higher goals for yourself, you’ll give hope to others, and inspire them to try.

6. Seek to be compassionate and understanding – All of us face battles and experience hard times. Empathising with others when life is tough helps to ease their burden and renew their inner spark.

7. Believe in, love and respect yourself - If you don’t accept, respect and love yourself, then you’ll send out vibes that you’re inadequate. However, it you love, believe in and treat yourself well then it’s likely that others will treat you that way, too.

8. Persist until you succeed – Although ambition is important, it is not enough. You have to persevere if you’re going to succeed. So when you stumble or fall down just get up and start again. Then keep on going till you finally succeed.

9. Be open minded and willing to learn - If you’re closed in your thinking and set in your ways then you’ll never discover a different, better way .. and you’ll close yourself off to other possibilities.

10. Take responsibility for your life - Blaming others for your problems, or acting like a victim won’t help you to move forwards, and have the life you want. Take control of your destiny. Success is up to you.

Tips I used to motivate myself to pray salah consistently

dwelldreamer:

1. REVOLVE YOUR DAY AROUND PRAYER. I don’t mean sit around and wait for each prayer to come because honestly who has the time but just know hey if I leave the house at this time I have to make sure to pray duhur when I get their because it’s prayer time.

2. For my ladies especially if you wear makeup, incorporate wudu into your routine. After I wash my face in the morning I make wudu right after that and then start doing my makeup.

3. Before praying I always take 5 minutes to just think. Anything that can possibly preoccupy my mind when I’m making salah needs to leave my head now so give yourself a few minutes. Also if I find myself wandering off in prayer I try to remember who I am in front of and what I am doing.

4. If you ever get lazy just reminding yourself that it only takes a few minutes, constant reminder of the grave always gets my ass in gear (maybe that’s to morbid for you)

5. Never give up. Not matter how far you think you’ve strayed from God don’t stop. Whether you pray once or all never stop. This is your daily conversation with God don’t cut him out. Remember that he is the most forgiving, but he can’t forgive you if you don’t ask for forgiveness. ❤️❤️❤️
